Once an order is shipped, tracking details will be provided.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier agencies or natural events.

5. Returns & Replacements

Returns/replacements are accepted only under these conditions:

Product is damaged, not working, or wrong item received.

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video/photo proof.

Items should be unused and in original condition.

Not eligible for return:

Items burnt/damaged due to wrong wiring or misuse

Components used in projects, soldered, or physically altered

Clearance or special-discount items

6. Warranty

Most electronic components do not carry a manufacturer warranty unless mentioned.

Warranty voids if product is mishandled or modified.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
