Bravvo.in, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However,
we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel an order or
request a refund. Please review our policies below to understand how we handle
cancellations and refunds.
Order Cancellation
* Before
Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as
possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process the
cancellation and provide a full refund.
* After
Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
You may return the product once it has been delivered, following our return
process outlined below.
* The order
may be cancelled before shipment due to any of the following reasons:
- The specific product/model is out of Stock.
- The order could not be shipped within the specified timeline.
- On Customer’s request
- The shipping address is not serviceable.
- Any other reason beyond the control.
Return and Refund
Please
connect with our customer care via email or call.
The
customer care team will validate the request by checking the timelines, product
type, warranty terms, etc and shall take the request for refund or exchange
Ensure to
collect the return address from customer care.
Pack the
product properly and label the product with the order number, return address
and your address.
Follow the
instructions of customer care carefully for packaging and returning the product
using courier services.
Ensure that
the awb / tracking number is shared with customer care.
The order
shall be considered for refund only if we receive the product in undamaged
condition with original packaging. [There should be no scratches, no dents
etc.]
Caution:
Please ensure to pack the product properly before handing it over to courier.
* Eligibility:
We accept returns within 4 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a
return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same
condition as when you received it. Items that have been opened, used, or
damaged by the customer may not be eligible for a refund.
* Return
Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team
with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a
return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back to us.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due
to a defect or error on our part.
* Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status
of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will
be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
* Non-Returnable
Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, such as
clearance items, custom orders, or digital products. These items will be
clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Exclusion:
A refund
can be refused if the following conditions are met.
The product
is completely broken and unusable or with scratches or incomplete without
original packaging.
The product
is returned beyond the required return date or you have not informed us about
the concern during the warranty period
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, either by replacing the item or providing a refund.
